Consulting & Designing

EPSEL has developed an open minded & interactive working relationship with its clients to ensure it can focus on the changing needs and expectations of a client in the ever changing technological domain. At EPSEL we always take an innovative approach with emphasis on quality to ensure all up to date and proven technological developments & trends are understood and exploited by our engineering team. We take special care to ensure our technical skills and certifications are constantly upgraded. Our projects are engineered to provide every specific detail related to the project in terms of drawings, design reports and design calculations. Each project is assigned a highly skilled engineering design team to do a comprehensive value engineering and arrive at the most cost effective and futuristic solution. To support the design teams, a dedicated CAD/CAM design centre is equipped with CAD/CAM software and workstations to produce the design drawings in accordance to the client standards.

Project Management

Project management is teamwork. A team of qualified engineers and trained technicians with adequate project knowledge are deputed under the leadership of a Project Manager for management and administration in addition to the support from the technical experts. On larger projects our Project Manager is assisted by the project coordinator, the site manager, the planning engineer, the commercial manager, the purchase manager, the safety officer, the quality assurance representative and other administration personnel for the smooth and successful implementation of the project. However, we understand the complexity of the project, the time frame and budgets while identifying the project team.

System Integration

EPSEL operates a dedicated & customised System Integration centre equipped with the necessary tools and equipment to assemble, interconnect and integrate the systems based on the approved engineering design drawings by our client. We have dedicated teams for IT, AV and Security who coordinate among themselves to ensure seamless integration. Convergence is the key to manage complex ICT environment, disparate technologies are now integrated to be controlled and managed from a single point. EPSEL identifies the actual requirement, select products that meet the requirements and integrate them to function in a seamless manner providing desired output.

Infrastructure Management

A signed off project completion certificate marks the start of the support service period. Onsite maintenance support is a service that EPSEL extends during the warranty phase and after warranty as an Annual Maintenance Contract. We have customised SLA packages to meet the requirement of client. EPSEL also undertakes Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) with service level commitment (SLAs) for projects executed by other System Integrators. In this case, the support-site is studied thoroughly before commitments are made to insure our clients the best possible service. Our service team is dedicated to our project installations. Support and repair team includes Helpdesk, Service Managers, Service Coordinators, Service Engineers, Technicians, and drivers.
